We mostly discussed my background. He asked a few questions like "do you ever say no"? he wanted to feel me out for how I would handle project constraints. The questions were pretty typical and to be expected questions.

The most difficult (but expected - it was communicated prior to the group interview) part of the interview was to prepare a presentation to the group, yet no topic or guidance was given on what they would like to see highlighted. Without knowing the audience (yet) or who was even going to participate, it was difficult to know what to present.
