They ask about your background, discuss the expectations, and ask you to ask questions (which is very important to them). They may ask additional questions about how well you handle pressure. If I am remembering that incorrectly, they definitely should add that in the mix.
Why do you like being in recruitment ?
1st round is written to check your written communication skills & 2nd round will be technical cum HR where you would be asked basic knowledge of technology in software/networking for the role IT recruiter.
