Zoom is not working, conference room is not working — how would you approach this? An executive's laptop is slow, and they have a meeting in 30 minutes. How would you approach this? Describe a time you came across an issue you did not know how to solve and how you approached it. A user is in HQ and cannot connect to the Wi-Fi. What would you do to solve it?
