The final project is a people detection, tracking and a forward collision warning system for a forklift driving with people around, with a variable time to collision. The usual project time is 48 to 72 hours (they will give you more time if you need). They do not provide you with any resources though. They expect you to have ROS, C++ and /or python with OpenCV and all third party libraries ready to finish this project.
