I was presented with a short vignette, much like you would see on a licensure exam, and asked to explain the steps I would take in assessing the client. What factors would I take into considerations? What kind of diagnosis considerations need to be weighed? Lots of questioning that help them distinguish how well you know yourself as a clinician. I can see how some freshly licensed therapists may find this intimidating, but the company seemed thoughtful and encouraging.
