I dont really remember all my questions. The questions are not standardized in anyway, the panel generates the questions based on the job and what the department is looking for. I know I was asked a technical question, what would I do if I was out in the field and got stuck and couldnt fix the problem. They're not looking for the 'technical' play by play, they want to know how resourceful you are, can you handle yourself professionally etc.
Normal questions about your leadership skills. Some specific questions around TPM and planned maintenance.
Asked about my experience and what I'm capable of and not capable of.
