They asked questions like "how would you invest $100,000" and "would you rather $1,000,000 now or $100,000 every year for the rest of your life?" Also be able to talk about stocks and why you want to do BRM specifically, and not other roles. They know BRM is pretty niche and unique to MS, so do your research! Also was asked core values, so know that as well :)

There wasn't an unexpected question, it was pretty standard.
They laid out a scenario and asked how you would handle it. Also asked if I had a working knowledge of certain Microsoft products. There were additional questions about my strengths and weaknesses. Teamwork and ability to work within a team was a key point.
