All of the interviews were very casual and more of a conversation. I was mostly asked about what my experience with digital marketing has been and what I where I want to go with it. I didn't really get asked the "formal" interview questions which I really appreciated. I think that a more casual conversation is always the best way to get to know a candidate and Jellyfish did this extremely well.
Questions focus on project management, prioritization, leadership, time management, and conflict resolution skills.
