What guarantee do we have that you won’t leave this job.
The first round had questions about experience as it pertained to the job description. The second round had no questions but "tell me about your experience with...". It was very vague and uninspired. I was offered another round and declined to move forward.
Why do you think accepting an employee's request of lower level of salary than average is a minus to our company?
Cognitive aptitude test was 50 questions (verbal, math and logic) in 15 minutes, followed by 2 additional sections on personality.
