Why haven't you mentioned all the activities / responsibilities that you handled in detail in your resume (by Head of HR) (most silly question as resume is a brief outline of your experience and roles handled. 3-4 pages of resume would not be sufficient to detail 10+yrs of experience HR must know it better)
