Questions pertained to my previous HR experience. Typical HR Manager questions. Overall, I was provided feedback that I did not have distribution experience their number one thing that they were seeking. I had years of HR Manager experience. So I wasted 9 hours interviewing and doing assessments when I never had their number one want of distribution experience and I was recruited for this role. I feel it was an unnecessary waste of my time.

I was asked about current salary, which is expected. I asked what the salary for the position was, as it wasn’t posted, and was told sky was the limit, but never given a specific dollar amount.

The questions was easy and the interviews was relaxed but i don't like interviewers giving false information, they promised i would be meeting for the next round and asked me if i can wait for a week for the third round and they share a survey for their recruitment process so i was under impression i will be called the next day..however after i gave them a posting rating , they send auto rejection email.
