They asked me to describe my work history (why did you choose to work where you did, what did you like/dislike, why did you decide to leave). We did a timeline approach of each position I have held over the last 6+ years. They mostly wanted to get a sense of my development and skills over time, as well as a sense for my personality and job/culture fit.
