First stage interview was some competency based questions, however the interviews didn't ask any specific questions relating to my previous roles. Second stage was further general competency questions.

Tell me about what do you do besides your job responsibilities. I certainly heard this before, but as a mid-career professional, I am not sure about what they are asking. It is understandable for a new grad, though.
