Lots of behavioral questions - every interviewer will ask this. Be prepared with stories (STAR format) to address topics on how you work in teams, handle difficult situations and people, how you handle influence others that don't report to you, etc. There is one case study which you can't prepare for. Most of the interviews is smoke and mirrors - the interview you need to ace is the case study. Having one case study be the major data point is a bit ridiculous. I would say that if this is the most important criteria the team should think about having multiple case studies to give a better picture on a person's ability and focus less on the behavioral questions.

What are my stronger professional experience examples, how do I see the job at hand, what are the tools and techniques I would put into practice to perform adequately, and more along those lines. Some were pertinent to my profile, most were broad questions, more like "standardized".

The interview was very scripted and asked for detailed examples of how you handled a particular set of issues. Wee very concerned about my area of residence and the amount of travel involved. While the interviewers stressed the amount of travel involved , they didn't fully consider the amount of time and travel required to make the position successful. The position itself was necessary, however, Lowe's lack of experience in managing true "outside sales" people was evident. The company is filled with "operators " with little to no experience handling outside sales staff. They gave the MSM's no true "powers" instead deferring to inexperience, arrogant store managers
