Basic network troubleshooting questions in the initial phase; previous experience and customer experience in the second phase; customer engagement/presentation in the third phase (had to deliver a presentation created by myself).
Why do you want to work here?
Most questions were about experience at previous roles. Also had to present mock onboarding presentation.
The questions were all geared toward my ability to use data to solve problems and inform strategy. Lots of behavior-based questions. Tell me about a time when you used data to make a business recommendation.
