Questions were fairly straight and sales orientated, I would say that the immediate start after months of talking with them with no warning was most difficult.

The interview questions were all very basic and easy. The only answer of mine that she took notes on was, "Why should I hire you?"
There were no difficult questions, the interview seemed to be very text book.
Most of the questions are quite common and easy. The most difficult one might be 'why we should hire you?'.
None of the questions were difficult to answer at all.

1- If I was more comfortable with a position behind a desk or outside selling. 2- If I would be ok with travelling. 3- Where I would see myself in 5 yrs.
They asked my ability to lead and grow and how hungry I was to manage.
