Hiring manager was very vague when he asked me about my flexibility. Did not go into specifics about overtime or weekend.
The most unexpected question was when their supply chain director asked me if I preferred structured or unstructured work environments, and how I handled organizational conflict and cultural diversity.
Asked what I would do with the department when hired.
