The questions I was asked were: What kind of office experience did I have. Did I know how to use MS Outlook. Did I know the meaning of the word redacated. Then I was given a very short example email that tested my ability to pull out the correct info from that email.

How do you see yourself growing professionally at HackerOne?
Why do you want to work for us? This job sometimes involves responding to the scene of a crime. Is that something you are prepared to handle? This job can be political at times. Is that something you are familiar with? Many questions were VERY specific. For example, I see that you listed XYZ skill on your resume. Specifically, what did you do at ABC corp to demonstrate that you have XYZ skill and how? Expect detailed questions. Know yourself and your experiences and do not to be passive about it.
Could you conduct facilitative, in person mediations without a co-facilitator? Could you train others to be mediators? Have you built mediation programs? Why do you want to work for Seattle Public Schools?
Competent with computer files? Ability to systematically produce an immense volume of simple steps in an hour? In a day? Can you consistently do it Every Day?
