Since this was for a mid/senior level position, I was not surprised by any of the questions. This position focused on retaining and growing memberships, so I did my homework in reviewing the Y's website in great detail and learn all that I could about non-profit membership related challenges via Google searches.

Some of the questions on that test were a little outlandish and tricky, but overall, pretty straight forward. No weird questions from the interview process that I can recall.
