The group interview included two other candidates for the position. They had us all sit on one side of the table and asked us to create a merchandising plan for a new homecoming dress line for the Juniors department. We had to collaborate and give a short presentation while they watched us work together.

None relatable to the average person. "So, are you going to tell me why you left school, or do I have to ask?" Apparently I had put down that I was sick on my application, whoops! I also mentioned me having to leave school (because of cancer) and getting my GED because of it. He did like that I was honest though.
Flexibility. Without directly saying so, you are expected to be available 7 days a week from business open to business close if you really want to work for this company.
