All of them were fairly straight forward, nothing really unexpected. Questions were things like, give an example of a time you had to be particularly detail oriented, or, describe a time you had to learn something quickly, or, give an example of a time you realized you would not finish a task in time and what did you do to fix the problem.

The questions were very situational and they asked me to go more in depth about my resume.
Describe a difficult situation with a co-worker in any of your previous jobs. How did you deal with it?
How would your friends describe you?
Name a time when doing the right thing was hard
How have your past job experinces prepared you for this job?
How do you manage/work with people with different interests and personalities?
What are the important KPIs
The cookie test, I guess, but it was really not that bad at all. The easiest business case I've done by far, because you just need to present your findings, you don't need to come up with a good solution to a business problem.
