Started with the standard interview questions ie. "what's your biggest achievement up to day, describe your day to day, how do you assess performance and analyse date and questions about previous employment such as "explain X - what the process that you went through to create that"? The other part was the tough one and all about Google ie. "if you had a magic wand and could change X what would that be?" and "let's say you did get the role - how would you go on about it? What changes would you put in place to make X perform better". Space for your own questions at the end. Interviewer was friendly but as it was timed, it felt pretty rushed nonetheless especially towards the end. Best to keep answers short. They obviously assess your skill set but you also need to demonstrate a very good knowledge of the product and clearly be passionate about it.
