Why Macy's? Give an example of a time you worked in a team and what was the outcome. What would you do if you saw someone doing something they weren't supposed to? How would you feel if you had to work in a department you don't normally work in? And lastly, availability.
Had me meet with a member of the executive team. Was not originally on the itinerary, so I didn't have anything prepared. Great experience though, had a good conversation.

The questions were pretty straight forward. They asked why I wanted to work for Macy's? What did I consider Good customer service? Showed me a score card of associates and I analyzed it.
