(they want to know if you are willing to collab with co-workers and ask questions) - Tell me about a time when your workplace or professional environment went through a change you did not agree with or was unexpected. (Be smart about this answer! I answered when I had to switch from being remote to on-site after COVID) - Tell me about a time where there was a client or person who was struggling with something, and how did you handle the situation? - Tell me about a protocol or rule at work that was hard to understand, and how did you adapt to it?
