I had many years of management experience in a union environment and the interviewers wanted to make sure that as the office administrator/manager, I was not interested in unionizing the office workforce.

The phone interview was a basic screening to see how I work, my hobbies, etc. The onsite in-person went over the job requirements and if I had any questions. The HQ in-person was similar to the phone interview but more in-depth and then questions on benefits, pay, etc.
