Why do you want to work there?
How many jellybeans can you fit in a suitcase?
Executive Director's questions were the most "far out". Though his questions were anything but textbook on what to ask at an interview, they were effective ways of determining "fit" with their organization. I'll leave it at that. Talked about previous experience and how it would fit with their company.
Are you OK with answering phones.
How do you manage multiple high priority tasks?
What types of events would you plan for the team?
