"Why did you leave your former position?" Only because it was an acrimonious split. The other questions were thought provoking and genuine, not just canned. They seek to know you level of knowledge and adjust accordingly.

Cintas has a packet of overall behavioral questions they go through. They are upfront in the beginning that they will be using the packet to ask you questions from. Some questions are.... Tell me about a time you made a mistake. How did you handle it? Tell me about a time you had to take ownership for a mistake or problem that was not your own. What was the situation and how did you handle it?
