Connected with me via LinkedIn and wanted to speak with me about the role, accepted and arrange a timing with the talent acquisition. 5 mins before the schedule interview, did not even bother to give me a call or an email, instead he just reschedule the call to 20 mins later with no explanation or apologies. Very unprofessional. Explained to him it was too last min and suggested the next day. no reply until the following day and message me at 1.5 hrs before the time he proposed. A call would be immediate instead of going back and forth on the interview timing. Definitely not a great experience thus I have rejected even proceeding with the interview.
