The questions were mostly standard questions but then was drilled on giving references for certain companies whose employment was given to me by my agency. My agency got me this interview all reference checks should go though them. However, the Senior Manager insisted on having them. Agency rules dictacted no contact to former employers without the agency. That was something the Senior Manager wanted me to violate and he was extremely rude about it. Just a very unpleasant person. Seemed like a dictactor and a tyrant.
