Why would you be suitable for this position?
Would I be comfortable giving orientations to new clients that came into the program.
I really don't remember. They were tailored to the specific program I was applying for. There were questions about the level of disadvantage for Indigenous groups and how to best access different populations.
The questions were your basic situational and behavioral type questions (i.e. how do you handle conflict with co-workers).
A lot of behavioral questions applicable to the particular position.
There were no real difficult or unexpected questions to be honest.
