Name a time where a customer wanted an item but you were out of stock. How did you handle the situation and explain how you went above the expectation of your duty to help them (It was something like that).
Have you worked in retail in the past? What was your previous job? Have you worked overnight shift in the past?
Seems as though they were concerned more about asking if I planned to stay vs my abilities and character.
