Asked to confirm availability, if I could lift over 50 pounds. Then asked 3 institutional questions: describe a time you worked with a team, describe a time you worked with a team when you had limited time, describe a time you provided exceptional customer service.
I hate the one where they ask you when you were in charge of something and how you handled it. I personally have very very little experience being in charge so I hate that question.
What experience do you have that directly relates to the needed skills for the position you are applying for?
An unexpected question was replay a time you were in a leadership position.
How old are you?
Name a time you had to help a guest (customer) while you were in the process of completing a task. How did you handle it? Did you complete the task?
