There were two interview rounds. The first was a virtual interview with the manager who mainly asked standard, basic questions about my background and skills. The second round was face-to-face with the company’s founder. The founder emphasized that as a startup, the expectation is strong commitment and flexible hours, clearly mentioning that this is not a typical 9-5 job. The discussion focused on my mindset and if I was comfortable working beyond regular office hours.Overall, the interview process was moderate and straightforward. Both rounds felt organized, and I answered all questions confidently. The team communicated clearly about their expectations.
