In the phone interview, they asked me when I'd taken ownership of a project of piece of work, and they also asked me about a time when I had analysed quantitative data. Be prepared for them to ask for lots of detail once you have given the initial answer - when they asked me the second question they pushed for more and more detail to the point where I was wondering why it was relevant. I think they do this to see how you react under pressure. Also because they ask for so much detail make sure you use an example that you can remember well. Then they ask you to do a role play sales pitch - make sure you have all the details of the package you're trying to sell and that your really understand it, and remember that the interviewer will challenge what you've said.
