No interview process has started but the engagement via social media is one full choke of unpleasantness from this junior recruiter. It was this junior recruiter guy who approached me via Linkedin for this opening. Supposed to have a first chat online and just a few minuted before the chat, this junior recruiter could simply just messaged me saying he was not well and asked to postpone to another day/time. Oh come on, I was already preparing to go in early as a courtesy to not to be late and yet this could happened plus no apologies at all. I have blocked off my time in advance to have this 1st interview I replied questioning him why such last minute and he could have let me know much earlier in the day since he knew he was not well. No reply at all!
