How could you bridge gap between staff and leadership?
Brought onsite and asked to complete skill assessment involving answering HR emails, and completing tasks such as gathering data off Excel sheet. All while being monitored and timed, then the information reviewed together. No feedback or follow up provided, after driving a hour round trip for the interview. Hiring manager didn’t lead interview, and prior expectations weren’t set on in person skill assessment. All around a poor and unusual experience.
