Why Axonify? (This was asked more than once I assume because the first time it was answered, the recruiter was not listening). Why HR? They didn’t ask anything specifically related to my resume, and kept the questions very generic. Almost like they had googled top ten questions to ask in an interview - and just went with it... Also, maybe people are applying because they need a job?!?!? Wild thought isn’t it?

How has your leadership style changed over the years?
Their assessment was very based on how would I plan to scale the company from different HR aspect. For the video interview, I remember them asking about how I set up myself to succeed in a remote environment alongside other questions.
