The actual interview was mainly an intro to the role and expectations - no questions to dig into experience. The task had 3 questions; 1. Hiring: We’ve been hiring for a Support Specialist role in a new geography for two months with little progress, and the need is becoming increasingly urgent. How do you tackle this challenge? 2. Office management: We want our London office to be fun, inviting, well-stocked, and functional. What steps would you take to achieve this and ensure it stays that way over time? 3. Social planning: We have 55 employees, most based in the UK, with about a dozen working remotely outside the UK. Our main annual social is a 3-day offsite for everyone in Europe. We also aim to have at least one in-person social per quarter for UK-based employees. How would you design a social calendar for the year? Please include a sample calendar in your response.
