We went through my entire resume in the first-round interview.
All conversations were completely organic. They did ask how I would get HRIS systems to work with payroll and other benefits to integrate better, but all others were conversational.
Luckily didn't have to answer any "sell me this pen" or "how many golf balls fit in an airplane" questions. Amen :) I lot of questions about past experiences. The final interview was a full dive into my resume.
Describe when you stood up for someone or something that was unpopular? Describe a project you are proud of? Describe a time when you were creative? Have you worked with a large amount data before, like spreadsheets, etc.
The usual vanilla questions Tell me about yourself and why you'd want to join this company.
What do you know about 6sense? Do you handle stocks at your current?
How would you manage your day-to-day work and establish yourself when you are new to the firm.
All of the questions at the beginning were very conversational and engaging. However, that quickly went sour when the rest of the interviews were rushed, and there was no "meat" to the interaction.
