Conversations were very specific to the history and growth of the company, my resume, and the specifics contained in the job description. They run lean and need the top candidates to fill their open positions.
Tell me about yourself and walk me through your resume.
They asked about my interest in Pipeworks and about event planning experience. We discussed the position a bit more, what the work entailed, company culture, etc.
