There were no difficult or unexpected questions in the hiring process. It was fairly straightforward, if not tedious and unusual. The questions were for the most part multiple choice, and those that weren't were mostly concerned with your past experiences. Note, however, that I was hired with absolutely no past experience.

First of all they asked tell me about yourself
During in person int. you are asked behavioural questions, how would you handle conflict? Give an example on how you satisfied an unhappy customer etc. They will also make you take a sample phone call to check you typing accuracy. Note this isn't to check your speed, but how accurate you enter information; correct spelling, etc
