The interview questions were extremely basic and frankly anyone with a heart beat should be able to get a job. Most people called for interviews either never call back, or accept a job only to turn it down when they find out the pay. If you really need a job just be polite, speak well, and dress properly for an interview.
In the past, how did you build a rapport with a customer? In the past, how did you handle a situation where communication was unclear or hard? Tell me about a time where you were part of a team. Tell me about a time where you implemented suggestions to a problem and was it effective?
Pretty basic interview.
