Normal questions i.e why xyz, why did you apply, career plans I'm looking for a belt for ... (role play) that lasted about 5-10 minutes (manager seemed to be enjoying it a bit too much) There are lot's of big characters working here, how do you think you'd work with them (strange question, perhaps bullying going on in the workplace and seeing how you would deal with these sorts of people?) They do try to catch you out at times to see how you can respond under pressure.
