Every interview was the same format: they are looking at how you handle yourself in challenging situations, times when you needed to make quick decisions, etc. They are looking for specific examples of what you have done in your work and how you reached goals, solved problems, and so on.
Basic questions
Not very difficult, but the only one I remember was to describe an instance when I had trouble working with a group of people and how I overcame it.
