barely any. it was an entry level position with paid training. questions surrounded basic compentency and enthusiasm for the job.
Technical: You will be tested on how to read the timetable, arranging passenger transfers, and general knowledge about the GWR network (including network map, bottleneck points, rolling stock types, and depot locations). Apart from that is the HR lady who guided the process

It was mostly general behavioral/competency questions but there were lots of follow up questions that push you to give very detailed, honest responses. Overall I enjoyed the conversations and the info I gathered about the team and company during the interviews helped me make decision.
