Experience managing large teams Experience handling multiple clients/customers
Was given a list of prompts and asked to prepare a presentation answering the prompts. One of the questions had links to properties that the company was having trouble selling; I was asked to identify what factors were influencing the slow sale and come up with strategies to combat this.
One of the only questions I was asked was a very general one along the lines of, “Can you tell me about your background?” There were no follow-up questions or deeper exploration into my experience, skills, or how I might approach specific challenges in the role.
Apart from your work experience they will ask everything.
I was asked to analyze a portfolio and make recommendations with regards to asset allocation, security selection, and overall risk management while taking into consideration factors like liquidity needs, time horizon, etc.
