Why do you want to work here?
The questions in the first interview were just basic "sell yourself" type questions. In the second interview, I wasn't asked to try to sell the product, just observe, but made a couple sales anyway and that seemed to go over well.

What weakness do you have, besides being a "perfectionist?"
There weren't any questions. Didn't seem like much of an interview at all.
What would be your dream job?
To be honest, I don't really remember. It was quite awhile ago. Everything from my professional experience to my opinion of the company and their presentation (note: this was earnest fact finding to improve, not fishing for kind words from an applicant).
