There was nothing too off the wall. There were common questions, such as "What is one thing that you have done wrong recently, and what would you have done otherwise in hindsight to correct it" and "Tell me about a time that you had a conflict with a team member (in work, school, etc.) and how you handled the situation."

There was nothing too off the wall. There were common questions, such as "What is one thing that you have done wrong recently, and what would you have done otherwise in hindsight to correct it" and "Tell me about a time that you had a conflict with a team member (in work, school, etc.) and how you handled the situation."

- more questions focused on the life insurance. - question where there is no right or wrong answer. how many watches do you think the UK has? the goal is the assess the way to go about coming up with an answer. - what is the biggest achievement you have had? - what is your weakness and what are 3 words your colleagues will use to describe you?
