I was directly sent a test of a link which consisted of SQL questions that had to be done in a week, as part of the first step. No details were given in the mail regarding how long the test is for and how many questions there will be. When I got a coding test earlier from another company, all the details were given. Anyway, the test was 40 minutes long and there were seven SQL questions that had to be done. Four were easy and three were slightly challenging. Ofcourse 40 minutes was not enough for this and I would much rather prefer they give a case study which reflects analytical skills rather than just testing the applicant's fast coding skills. Now after two months I see they have posted the same vacancy again. I am assuming they did not find a satisfactory person for the job.
