Standard case interview: 2 cases by 2 interviewers: The first interviewer went quite harsh on me, he kept stopping me and pushing me to think deeper without indicating which area I should opt for. The second interviewer was nice, she was clearly more experienced in recruiting and she led the interview and made it quite smoothly. There were also two competency tests, primarily asking you to tell a story about an experience when you had to overcome a hard situation or prioritize a conflicting situation.
